Grace isn’t typically a leadership word.
It should be.

Maybe you built something successful and it doesn't feel the way you thought it would.

Maybe you know exactly what's wrong with your leadership and can't figure out why you keep doing it anyway.

Maybe you've been carrying more than your share for so long, you've forgotten what it feels like to lead without it costing you everything.

Or maybe you changed the business, the pace, the priorities...and the grind followed you anyway.

Different stories. Same thought underneath all of them: this can't be the only way.

It isn't.

Grace is the most powerful, underestimated force in business. I say that with my full chest, after 13 years working with leaders, from founders to seasoned CEOs and corporate executives.

Grace is power beyond you that produces flourishing, in you, your team, and your results. It's the upgrade to the grind baked into so much of leadership and organizational culture.

The Grace Effect exists for leaders ready to go beneath the surface and change the operating system and lead in a way that produces better results and leaves everyone more whole along the way.

That's what grace does when it becomes the foundation you lead from. And that's what this is about.

Who's Behind The Grace Effect?

Hi! I’m Shae Bynes.

I used to be really good at grinding it out in business. Embarrassingly good.

With years of leadership across Fortune 50 corporations and then as a full-time founder and entrepreneur, I had mastered the art of delivering results through sheer force of will. I didn't know another way. Many high-capacity leaders don't.

Then everything changed. Not through a better strategy or a new productivity system, but through an encounter with Grace that I couldn't manufacture. I discovered what it actually looks like to lead from grace rather than grind, and it transformed not just how I work but who I am as a leader.

Since 2012, I’ve directly mentored and advised nearly 1,000 leaders and reached over a million more through my books, speaking, and training. I’ve authored several books, including my best-selling Grace Over Grind and my most recent release Grace Under Pressure: A Story About Leadership and the Hidden Cost of Ambition.

I see grace as the most powerful and underestimated transformational force in business. I’ve seen the results in leaders, in teams, and in business outcomes. I want to see this for you too.
